GROUP REGISTRATION IS OPEN

Group registration is applicable for registration of five persons or more.

The company or organization requesting a group registration must nominate one group representative who will administer the group booking. The group registration participants will get 25% discount in the registration fee.

Delegates requiring accomodation and transporation should mention in the delegate registration form. Terms: Participants in the spot registration category will not be provided the conference kit and transplantation module.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

  1. Transplantation Module + Materials
  2. Travel Expenses on 19th April, 2014 from 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
  3. International Participants ONLY: Free accommodation (3 Star) to all international participants (27th, 28th and 29th February, 2014).  A guide will be provided for all international participants.
  4. Conference kit and Processing fees for publishing the manuscript in “Indian Journal of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition” (USD 200).
  5. Free transportation + Dearness Allowance of INR 500 per day to all government officials attending through ‘Ministry of Sports’ or ‘Ministry of Women and Child Development’ or any other Government Health Agency.

Terms and Conditions: 1) As seats are limited, confirmation of delegates will be on a first come first serve basis only. 2) The conference program is subject to alterations at the discretion of the organizers. 3) Please note that ‘No Credit’ facility would be extended under any circumstances and ‘NO REFUND/ADJUSTMENTS’ for ‘ NO SHOW’ or ‘ABSENCE’ of a delegate would be accommodated. 4) Kindly note that delegate confirmation letter will be issued only after receipt and realization of appropriate fees along with the relevant details on the registration form. 5) Delegates will be given an identification number which has to shown on the day of conference.
